Lady in White

I'm sorry for the lack of outfit posts this week. I've been so busy with class projects, etc that I hardly have any time to stop and snap some pictures. I hope my readers forgive me!
I've mentioned a lot of times how hard it is for me to want to dress up for winter--I just want to wear something cozy and stay in bed all day! But I am really making an effort of experimenting a little with my wardrobe this winter. And honestly, I shouldn't complain much, it's California after all--winters here are not as cold as in other places.
I bought this white coat last summer, but this is another piece that has been sitting in my closet not being used. Always felt a little shapeless in it, but I decided it was sad for it to be just hanging so I gave it a try. What do you think?

    Winter totally makes me want to wear a cozy sweater and jeans 24/7 as well, but I'm so happy you decided to dress up! This is such an adorable outfit! I love the light colors. And that coat looks lovely with your lacey skirt :)
