Quite a While!

Hey everyone! It's been quite a while since I've been here! Sorry for leaving everyone all of a sudden! I'm one week away from finals so it's been quite busy the past couple of weeks! Most of the schools are already out for the summer, but I'm not home until next week! Also the weather here in NorCal has been far from the nice sunny spring days I had been anticipating! Once the quarter is over and I go back home for the summer I'll come back to the blogsphere to check out everyone's amazing blogs and update some outfits, my sunday favorites, and the blogger of the month feature. Completely Hidden

Hello Everyone! I have been super hidden this whole week, in fact, I shouldn't be writing this post right now. But I wanted to come say hi and apologize for my lack of posts. This week has been so busy I can't believe it's already Thursday! One thing that makes me happy about today is that I'm going to the Fleet Foxes concert!!!!!!
But before I make my victory dance, I have to go through an abominable statistics midterm (blame stats for my absence on the blog!) I hope that after this weekend I can actually catch up on all of your blogs!!!

This is a semi outfit post, since I have been running around, I didn't really take actual outfit shots, and when I actually had some time I realized that I didn't have my camera...so the webcam did the job. So this is me, studying outside--or more like procrastinating.

What I have done:
1.fixed the layout on my tumblr (for those of you who follow me there, check it out)
2. Spent the day studying out in the sun
3. Had an enormous intake of chocolate

Things I need to do:
1.SLEEP
2. Clean my room
3. Study Study Study!

But I'm the oldest

I'm back home trying to catch on all the sleep I lost during finals week. I am a little upset that LA weather has been far from the sunny days I was expecting. Either way I spent the weekend with my nephew is 11 years old but looks taller (and therefore older) than me. I have yet to show you guys everything I thrifted last time, but for now I'll share a little of my outing with my mom and my nephew and a simple outfit :)

Maybe I'm just Crazy

Yes, yes I know! I shouldn't be here right now, I still have to finish writing a paper and somehow cram all my accounting stuff for tomorrow's final. BUT I just could not restrain myself from sharing somethings :)
Yesterday  I spent such a wonderful day with my lovely ladies! It was such a relief from all this studying and the sore throat that's bothering me right now.
We went to a seafood place, and finished the day with some thrifting. I found so many things that I just can't wait to share with you guys! Just need to survive this week and get back home.
Also, I can't wait to actually visit all the wonderful posts I've been missing because of this week!!

Early Surprise

I woke up today to hear some wonderful news!!!!!!! My baby niece could definitely not wait to come out, so she was born today early in the morning! I am super happy! I went to the hospital to see her and her mom (and of course to steal some shots of this new little dear!--it's my first time seeing a new born!)
I wanted to share with you guys this happiest of happy moment!
I am so happy to finally have another girl in the family!

The Next Holiday!

Thanksgiving just passed! I must say it wasn't as nice as past thanksgiving, but at least I was able to spend some time with family, and no matter how dysfunctional family might be, they are still a great part of your life.
But this thanksgiving, I spent lots of time with my two little nephews. Well, a really little one, and a younger one.
unfortunately, i committed a great sin...i did not take my camera.
So forgive the horrible quality of cell phone pictures.

But now I'm more than ready for the next holiday, the one before Christmas: THE DAY AFTER FINALS.
right after that, I can truly enjoy the Christmas spirit :)

Let's be fancy and proper

Today was the awaited etiquette dinner. I must say everything came out wonderful, and we looked extremely sharp. oh we are a pretty good looking group of friends! we had quiches and some french inspired dessert that had a certain je ne sais quoi that just made me feel happy.

We made some friend "family videos" that I know are going to make me laugh 20 years from now.
the best times are truly spent with the people that make you laugh, even if sometimes it get awkward.


i had a very good time today, i hope it had lasted longer, but the fun was ended by the homework hour. terribly sad.

i am looking forward to the next time we all dress up :)
